Less small stuff. More teaching.
TeacherOps gathers the small, recurring tasks around teaching — planning, communication, follow-ups — in one calm place. So that more of your day belongs to the people you are there for.
01 — The problem
Teaching is the job. Administration becomes the second shift.
Anyone who teaches knows the edge of the day: the emails still to go out, the feedback you meant to note down, the appointment that almost slipped through. On its own, none of it is big. Together they are hours.
TeacherOps starts exactly there — not with another large platform, but with a few quiet moves that clear the recurring small stuff out of the way.
02 — What TeacherOps does
Three quiet moves
Not an overloaded system. Three things that genuinely cost time in school life — and that can be brought together.
One place instead of three apps
Lessons, tasks and appointments in one calm place — rather than spread across notes, calendars and half a dozen chats. The overview should come about where the work happens.
Not starting from zero every time
Recurring messages and feedback can be prepared instead of being written afresh each time. Where AI helps with a draft, it stays a suggestion that you read, change and send yourself.
Before it becomes urgent
The things that easily slip through come back onto the table at the right time — not only once somebody is already asking.
03 — Trust
A tool for school has to be careful with data.
Software that comes into contact with pupil data carries responsibility. TeacherOps is built from the start so that this responsibility stays visible.
- Pupil data stays where it belongs. Nothing is passed on for training or advertising.
- Processing in the EU, sparing with data, and traceable in what it does.
- Where AI drafts something, a person reads it and sends it. Approval is never automatic.
Good software for teaching stays in the background. The stage belongs to the class.
04 — Where it stands
An early pilot, and I say so openly.
TeacherOps is young. There is no success story to show off and no long customer list — but there is a first, close pilot with a teacher from actual practice. Every piece of feedback from there flows straight into the next version.
That is exactly why I am looking for the conversation now, before much is built: what TeacherOps learns next should come from real teaching — not from my idea of it.
05 — Taking part
Is there a procedure that costs you time every week?
Then I would like to hear about it. A short exchange is enough to see whether TeacherOps starts in the right place.
