Meldefein takes the recurring guest-registration work off private holiday-flat hosts — from pre-check-in to the electronic report. So that hosting has more to do with guests again than with forms.
01 — The problem
The registration form comes back with every guest.
Every arrival brings the same obligatory work: fill in the form, transfer the data, settle the visitor's tax, file it. Quickly done once — over a year it becomes a stack that costs time and nerves.
Meldefein turns that procedure into a digital one that repeats itself — instead of walking through it by hand every time.

The guest enters their details before arrival on their own device. No slip of paper at the breakfast table, no typing for you.

The visitor's tax is recorded cleanly, and the most important notes for the stay come along digitally.
03 — Trust
Guest data belongs protected — not collected.
Registration forms contain personal data about your guests. Meldefein handles it as sparingly as the obligation allows — and no further.
- Only what the registration obligation actually requires. Nothing is gathered on the side.
- Processing in the EU, no tracking, no advertising, no passing data on for other purposes.
- The host stays in control: what is transmitted is visible and traceable.
Administration should barely be felt. The time belongs to the guests, not to the registration form.
04 — Where it stands
Launching soon — and honestly so.
Meldefein is built but not yet open to everyone: the connection to the official registration system is currently being tested. As long as that is not solid, there are no grand promises — only a waiting list.
Anyone who rents out a holiday flat and wants to be rid of the registration paperwork is best off signing up and being first in line at launch.
